Background and Education




After growing up in Caracas, Venezuela and Weston, Florida; Erik decided to dedicate his career and lifestyle to soccer/football, indulging in experiences in all of the American continent and some parts of Europe.






 Erik embarked in an educational journey including Sports Management and Sports Science university degrees, alongside professional coursework in Coaching Education, Performance Analysis, Video Analysis and Leadership in Human Growth and Development. In effect, he has proven a skill set able to transmit methods and processes into youth, amateur and professional environments.




Accompanied with professional experiences in all facets of a sports organization, he has produced a multi-faceted and versatile lens to approach the expansion, restructuring and leadership of a sport organization in an innovative and progressive manner.
